Our Story
Ember & Oak began as a simple idea: that coffee deserves the same reverence as fine wine. We source our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — building relationships that span seasons and harvests.
Every cup is a conversation between the farmer, the roaster, and you. We roast in small batches, brew with intention, and serve in a space designed to make you forget the rush outside.
